Terms and Conditions

You acknowledge that any goods sold here are not for resale or to be used for reproductions and are intended for personal non-commercial use. 

Artwork purchased from IWantThatNow is not to be reproduced or sold in anyway shape or form without my permission whether it be a digital or hard copy. 

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory levels or quality issues a full refund will be issued.

Items must be paid in full prior to me shipping them out. Items already in transit to destination cannot be cancelled and a refund will not be issued until item is received back at Iwantthatnow. 


 

Business Privacy & Safety policy.

Your Privacy & Safety is of the upmost importance at I Want That Now! and want to assure you that any purchases made thru this website or our Etsy shop are protected and processed by a private third party banking system. Your information will not be shared with anyone and your card information will not be viewed by anyone managing either websites. 

Commissioned work and Etsy shop Shipping & Returns policy.

Freelancing work: Please contact me for pricing quotes and consultations via Email. I do have a full time employer and I'm not always available on certain dates or times (None of my work is associated with my employer). Thank you for understanding.

A 50% Deposit retainer is required for any Freelancing services rendered. Once said job begins retainer deposit is no longer refundable. Full payment is required the day of completion. I may ask for more funding during certain projects to purchase goods needed to complete such projects. 
 
Product Shipping: Please allow 1-3 processing days for shipping after completion. Some items may take a longer depending on custom orders.

I Gladly accept returns for non-commissioned artwork, if the item arrives damaged I will gladly exchange or replace it for you. Please contact me thru email if you are not satisfied with your purchase or have any problems with your order.

Unfortunately I cannot accept returns for commissioned artwork due to the nature of personalization requests or personal genres. I will be communicating thru email about any changes prior to shipping items. Please contact me if you would like to make certain upgrades or changes to any commissioned work prior to items being shipped out, an upcharge may apply for changes to commissioned work.  If cancelling commissioned work, please notify me right away within a 24 hour period of placing your order, so materials or supplies are not ordered/purchased or wasted to begin your commissioned work.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase for items on my Etsy shop and at IWantThatNow.net
   
Due to the nature of some items the following cannot be returned. If they arrived damaged or defective please contact me.

  • Any custom work, paint projects or personalized genre orders.

  • Perishables: Edible food items, Dried flower arrangements, Fresh flower arrangements.

  • Digital downloads.

  • Items on sale/clearance in both this website or my Etsy shop.

Returns and exchange details:
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in product value, and will be deducted from returned funds. Refunds will be issued once the item is received back in original condition. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Shipping Methods:

  • Paintings will be shipped in a heavy duty art box.

  • Prints will be shipped in a heavy duty tube rolled, max 3 per tube.

  • Photography prints will be shipped in a heavy duty padded board envelope.

  • Jewelry will be shipped in a secure shipping envelope.

  • All other items will be shipped in a secure shipping box with padding.

 

Reviews of my products are greatly appreciated and highly encouraged. I do understand not everything always goes as planned and mishaps happen while in transit or during installations. If you're not satisfied with any services rendered or purchases made please contact me via email prior to leaving a review, this way I can remedy a situation or issue that may arise with your purchase.
